DHL - when it absolutely, positively has to be there eventually

Dhl2

I've been engaged in a small hoo-hah with DHL. Trying to get them to answer the phone so I can get a package delivered. Then I realised their typography told me everything I needed to know about their attitude. Look at that big red accusatory 'you' in the 'while you were out we attempted delivery' bit. It's like they're saying it's all my fault. I should have known they were coming. If I was more considerate I'd just wait in on the off chance they'd have a parcel for me. We were there, where were you?

They might as well say:

"You obviously aren't bothered enough to be here and collect it, so we're gonna chuck it in a big pile at our depo."

Russell, Hows the new job? Going well I hope. I hope you heard the news :

That pic of me you put on the W+K weblog makes me look like a right old advertising twat. Or just old. Oh, I do feel weary.

I am currently on a lifelong crusade to run DHL out of business. I hate them for some reason that I can't quite figure out. Every time I see one of their trucks I get filled with anger.
Don't know really why I posted this, but meh.
