Nice idea, but the execution (of the web site, at least) is a bit rubbish. The photos aren't laid out well, they're ridiculously overcompressed, and the page names have %20s in them (never a good sign).

Hi,
I am a 1st year planner at the adcenter. I have started expecting a lot from the Friday speaker series after hearing you.
Anyway, I am posting this in the wrong section but I did not know how and where to ask this question. I saw your video about metaphors. My question is does the size of the brand in a person's life change with age or area where he/she lives?
Have a nice weekend. I loved your presentation.
