I think this is very definitely not urban spam. Because it's funny, original, appropriate and interesting. Which gives it value.

Nice. I reckon that's the key with all this new media -you have to be the first to do it. After that it runs a very high risk of being spam.

It's still an invasion of space but the novelty and thought behind it seem to mitigate the irritation - or provide the value.
Is that an aspect of the disruption model - once it's been done you can't do it again?
Maybe that's a good thing - keeps us thinking!
