I'm assuming that 'brand promotion' includes all the posters and moving images we're bombarded with everywhere we go as well. If I could see these stickers covering those stupid screens at Tottenham Court Road station I'd be a happy man.
Seems to me that nearly all advertising is annoying, intrusive and boring, so the easier it's made for people to complain about it the better. Who knows, it might even make clients and agencies more aware of the need to provide people with something interesting and engaging to look at rather than just the same old cliched crap.
